Kevin Eastman, the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles illustrator, is back for this set’s headliner run, with one card for each of the four Turtles. Each headliner features new, borderless Eastman art plus a glossy, Turtle-themed stamp of his signature. There are four total borderless signature headliner cards, and they appear only in English, exclusively in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Collector Boosters (regardless of the booster’s language).
